This project demonstrated the complexity of designing enterprise AI tools that serve both end users and business stakeholders. The Machine's MVP launch exceeded expectations, with users describing it as feeling "like a mature LLM" rather than a prototype. The visual and UX execution was rated "absolutely flawless" by TMC leadership, leading to successful client demonstrations with Discord, Target, and major enterprise prospects.

Creative сhallenges
Designing an AI orchestration layer meant moving beyond simple chatbot interfaces to create a unified operating system. We achieved this by developing agentic workflows (RFP Response, Creative Brief, Personas) and a feed-based architecture that surfaces intelligent priorities rather than overwhelming users with static dashboards.
One major challenge was balancing demo requirements with actual user needs. Leadership wanted visually impressive dashboards for sales presentations, while users gravitated toward simple chat interactions. Our solution prioritized authentic user workflows while maintaining the visual sophistication needed for enterprise sales.

When Workfront integration issues blocked project connectivity for agents, we developed Machine Labs—a separate environment that maintained design consistency while providing unrestricted AI functionality.
