For T5 Live, a NYC-based live streaming production company, I led the end-to-end redesign and build of their marketing site, from initial concept wireframes in Figma to a fully responsive Framer implementation, over a six-week period in Fall 2023. My goal was to modernize their digital presence and create a platform that could scale with their growing roster of clients and services. I designed and implemented a modular content and design system tailored to the realities of their business: many repeat clients, complex services, and a wide range of event types. This system made it easy to highlight T5 Live’s competitive advantages and services while giving their internal team a structure they could continue to grow without breaking the experience.

Creative & Technical Challenges

We had to solve both technical and content challenges to make the site feel premium, performant, and clear. On the technical side, early feedback surfaced issues with the hero video and layout on larger screens. When the hero video was scaled to ultra-wide monitors, it appeared soft and degraded overall perception of quality. At the same time, the Framer layout wasn’t behaving reliably at extreme viewport widths. I worked directly with the client to optimize video assets for a better balance of quality and load time, then refined the responsive layout so the experience remained consistent across laptops, large external displays, and mobile devices.

From a content perspective, T5 Live needed a clearer way to represent their relationships and track record. They had a long list of logos that mixed paying clients with strategic partners, which risked confusing new visitors. I recommended and implemented a clear separation between “Trusted by Companies” for proven past work and “Partners” for ongoing collaborations. This simple structural decision made their value proposition more honest, more legible, and easier to maintain over time.

User Experience and Design Approach

The visual language leaned into a dark, cinematic aesthetic with softer, rounded elements to keep the brand approachable rather than intimidatingly “techy.” This gave us a strong visual link to live production environments while still feeling friendly and service-oriented. In terms of UX, I prioritized scannability and progressive disclosure. The homepage introduces high-level sections like “Our Services” and “FAQ” using interactive patterns to keep the page engaging while avoiding information overload. Detailed service descriptions, case work, and embedded videos live on dedicated pages, where the team can go deeper without cluttering the primary acquisition funnel.

From a business standpoint, one of my key recommendations was to elevate their strongest differentiator — unlimited viewers and hours — into a first-class element on the homepage. By placing this in the hero narrative, I ensured that new prospects immediately understood how T5 Live stands apart from typical streaming vendors.
